About My Hypnosis Sessions
Each session is 90 minutes long and customized to your unique needs and goals.
For most clients, one session per week is all they need. But sessions can be scheduled more or less often.
Sessions can be scheduled up to 90 days in advance.
Sessions can be done in person or online in a private Zoom meeting.

I'm Kelly, and my path to hypnosis has been both unique and transformative. My background is in psychology, and I spent years managing a Suicide Prevention and Crisis Line. This experience taught me a lot, but I always felt that there was more I could do to help people on a deeper level. But I knew traditional therapy wasn't my complete calling. My true passion lies in unlocking the true potential within others.
My own challenges led me to explore the world of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and it was here that I discovered the incredible power of hypnosis. It wasn't just the courses or the conferences that ignited my passion – it was seeing the real, lasting changes in myself and in others.
Through my journey, I've overcome personal obstacles and mastered a wide array of hypnosis techniques. I've grown to love hypnosis for the deep, meaningful transformation it can bring. It's more than a temporary solution; it's a key to lasting change.
